Fall Festivities!

Oh my goodness gracious, I certainly hope your fall as been as lovely and fun and full of memory making adventures as ours has been.  I simply LOVE this time of year.  Crisp air, chilly nights, endless days outside, pumpkin flavored everything, festivals, farms, and family.  Welcome to our fall!

Cowboy Luke

 

It is hard to see but Luke is holding a 5 day old bunny!!!  Mr. Fox (the farmer) sure has some strong faith letting a bunch of 4 and 5 year olds hold them.  Luke was in love and so very very gentle.

 

From holding five day old bunnies to hand feeding a donkey...Saturday mornings just don't get any better!

 

Team Tully took our favorite ladies out for a night of art lessons and creating masterpieces.  We had a great time!

Luke and I had date at the zoo.  He loves to feed the birds and because we were there on a cloudy day the bird feeding traffic was slim...hence this picture.  Apparently they do get fed by the actual zookeepers but you wouldn't know it by this picture.  :-)

 

Listen, school pictures are not cheap!  Geez!  So this is probably the only place you can see it.  I know I am his mother but c'mon...is that a handsome kid or what?!?!  I love it!

 

Apple Picking with Aunt Daney!  Luke thinks Aunt Daney is a kid, which is hilarious because Aunt Daney is the most sophisticated and classy one of the three Sunderlin kids, but Luke can get her to do pretty much anything...

 

...for example!

 

Luke was chomping on apples the whole time we were there...he didn't seem to understand that you were supposed to buy them first.  He just picked them off the tree and ate more than a couple.  

 

Mining for fossils!!  I love things like this...we were with Daney almost 5 days ago and we just played with these fossils again today. He loves them!

 

Is this a great contraption or what?!

Isn't it funny how a time of year can just put a little extra pep in your step, a wider smile on your face, and more excitement in your day?!  I am a autumn lover through and through!
