Halloween has come and gone and man oh man did we have our fill! I try to always make or borrow Halloween costumes because I just don't have a "play dress up" kind of kid (well, except for the infamous Spiderman costume epidemic of fall 2012 - spring 2013). I borrowed this year's dragon costume from a friend and I am so thankful! Thank you, Alexis!! It was super cute but "cute" was never uttered in front of Luke. No way! "Scary" was the way to go! We had a Halloween/birthday party to go to, a costume playdate, boo at the zoo, and of course trick or treating! Luke certainly gets some Halloween love genetically from Ima. He adores all the decorations and bats are by far his favorite!
L's masterpiece! Design chosen by Luke, ALL work done by L.
Awesome
Boo at the Zoo excitement!
My favorite dragon and me.
The tail! So stinkin' cute!
Trick or treating with the best ladies! Luke was such a trooper and amassed so much candy that he was having to use his legs to bump his heavy bucket along near the end. Sweet Jaelynn was a dream and hung back with little man as he started to lose energy (despite sneaking a Skittle or two along the way).
This has nothing to do with Halloween but Luke has finally learned the art of impromptu dance moves! I could not be more proud! :-)
