The Goodnight Game is a favorite in the Tully house. It is played regardless of the time and Luke is happy playing the goodnight game with pretty much anyone/anything. He will put his stuffed animals to bed (which takes 7 hours because he has so many animals and he has to cover each one and tell them goodnight and give them a kiss), he puts L and I to bed, and, OF COURSE, he puts Riggs to bed. This is partly a blog to once again say that we have the greatest dog on the planet. He is gentle, calm, and just a wonderful and important part of our family. This is perfect timing to be all gushy about Riggs because tomorrow is his birthday! Our four-legged child will be 6 years old tomorrow! We love you Riggs, Happy Birthday!!
Riggs, Luke, and the Goodnight Game:
Luke: "Riggs, time for goodnight game!"
Riggs: "Seriously, you called me up here for THIS?!"
Luke: "C'mon Riggs!"
Riggs: "I hate this, I am just putting that on the record."
Goodnight Kiss
Luke: "Riggs is cold. Riggs wants a blanket."
(Judging by the panting in the above pictures Riggs is NOT cold.)
Luke: "RIIIIGGGSSS, close your eyes!"
Riggs: "Am I allowed to leave yet?"
