Team Tully took a Saturday and headed to the snowy mountains! L and I were fortunate to have childhoods full of winter snow, sledding, snow fort building, and freezing cold fingers. Luke, however, is for all intents and purposes a southern kid. We don't want him to miss out on the joys of a snow-filled Saturday so off we went on a snowy adventure. We hit the slopes and did an inaugural snow tube trip. So much fun! We had the best time and we laughed so much! Once again Luke was a brave little boy and didn't even think twice about the height of the hill and that he would have to take his own tube… No sharing allowed. He did amazing and absolutely loved it! Snowy smiles all around! The tracks are super fast and the bottom of the hill is lined with gigantic beanbags to soften the blow as you fly into them. Exciting and hilarious at the time but L and I awoke Sunday morning in pain. Sad but true and worth every bit of it. A fun filled family day!

We then spent all day Sunday relaxing and enjoying an unseasonably warm day. Luke chose the recycling bin. Nothing like lounging in the bin reading Lego magazines! Ha! He was in there for at least an hour.
