Giant Bugs, the Surface of the Sun, and Heart-shaped Food....how Team Tully does Valentine's Day!

All in one day...giant robotic bugs, viewing the surface of the sun in real time, and making any food we could into the shape of a heart was how we celebrated!!  Valentines from near and far graced our mantle and we spent the day together Loving the quality time, Loving each other, and Loving this city we call home.

My little valentine!

HUGE robotic bugs are on display at our local museum...what better way to say "I love you" than with a giant Praying Mantis moving its robotic arms in an attempt to "eat" you.

I'm not sure I have every referred to a piece of equipment as "beautiful" but, isn't she?!?!

We all got to take a turn looking at the surface of the sun!  It was amazing and a new experience for all three of us!  Awesome.

Luke's afternoon resting spot.  He went to get all the necessary snuggle items to make it a 5 start experience.  Ha!

L  and I started this tradition about 10 years ago - homemade pizza on Valentine's Day!  Luke knows this tradition well and he loves to help shape the dough...not bad. :-)  We had a great day full of love and laughter!
