Luke and I and Ima and Shesh traveled north to visit our Pennsylvania loves and to attend the last of my cousins' weddings! 12 cousins in total on my mom's side and now we are all married! It was bittersweet. First we headed to the Lehigh Valley to spend time with Mit and Molly and the kids. We had an awesome time just being together and exploring their awesome neighborhood and some extra cool adventures.
The kids always give Sheshy a Lego Challenge. He excels (self proclaimed) every time! :-)
Mit had the boys help in counting his beer bottle top collection. He is up to 587 different ones (and counting - I just got a couple of new ones for him).
We took an excursion to the Canal Museum and took a mule driven canal boat ride. It was awesome! Such a cool experience and a neat concept for the kids to see...the canal system, the locks, and just to get a glimpse into what life on the canal was like. The museum was really well done and we were there all afternoon.
Charles the dog. So weird!
Ima was asked to play the bells in my cousin's wedding. H is helping her practice.
These two are on lunch duty.
9 out of 12 cousins present! Love these people. We don't see each other often but when we do there is a whole lotta love. Congratulations to Katie and Ryan!
9 of the cousins with their spouses...minus a few (like sweet L).
Drew - the oldest boy cousin
Me - the oldest girl cousin
and Mit - for good measure! :-)
So, it was a brief trip but it was well worth it to see people and places that we love. Love Does.
