8 Years

8 years ago I married my best friend.  We have had 8 years of adventure and laughter and love.  We have had trying times and obstacles but they are entirely outweighed and outnumbered by the blessings and fun and goodness that is our life and our marriage.  We are blessed to have each other and the life we lead!  He is my teammate in life and love and together we have dreamt, accomplished, and basked in many of life's greatest gifts.  8 years in and I wouldn't change a single second...life is what you make of it and we have made an amazing life!  I love you, L....infinity.

Thanks to incredible friends and family we spent our 8 year anniversary at the US National Whitewater Center! We whitewater rafted, we zip lined, we rock climbed, we made it through a high robes obstacle course....it made us feel youthful and old all at the same time but we smiled all day long!!  Thank you to E and K for the perfect gift and thank you to Ima and Sheshy for spending the weekend with our greatest joy!

It was as day full of laughter and love and TIME!  Time to talk and discuss and dream. And time to remember that we were "someone" before we were Mommy and Daddy! (thank you Ima and Sheshy!!) 

 

Today I woke up to a fresh pineapple and Hawaiian coffee...he never forgets....and neither do I!  :-)  HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to us!!!
