Sky Gazing

Team Tully seems to always be on the move...literally, and I just wanted you all to know that we don't take a second of it for granted. We are thankful and changed by all the places we have lived and as we took our morning walk today I couldn't help but look up. My very favorite thing about living in Florida is the amazing clouds. Honestly, I have never seen anything like them and I have been a lot of places. I can remember vividly my grandmother talking about how she loved to sit in her "Florida room" (we have one of those too!) and watch the clouds roll in. I understood what she was saying but now I get to witness it on nearly a daily basis. These clouds are amazing and I know pictures would be so much better, I will try to get some. I am a pretty good multitasker but even I have not figured out how to hold on to the dog's leash, push a stroller, and pay attention to traffic while taking pictures of the breathtaking clouds! Anyway, today's clouds got me thinking of all the places we have lived in the not so distant past:

1. North Carolina - cloudless carolina blue skies...the most distinct color I know....beautiful
2. Tennessee - we could see what seemed like a million stars at night. no street lights, no city lights, just quiet country air
3. Arrowhead - fireflies for miles...it looked like they were giving us a personal light show everynight.
4. Florida - the clouds that could have you daydreaming for hours. I can't wait for Luke and I to discuss which ones look the most like an elephant or the state of Alaska.

Anyway, just thought I would share my current favorite thing about our new home! Now, to go outside before these beautiful clouds open up and soak us!!!
