Luke at 10 Months

10 months old today! Yikes! Little man Luke is growing like crazy and is developing quite the personality. I got a few photos from today but he was not giving the camera the love he normally does. Here is what Luke has been up to in the last month:

- Pointing....ALL THE TIME! Seriously, he spends ninety percent of his waking hours pointing. For a while that was the fun part...just pointing, but now Luke is in a stage where we MUST identify what he is pointing at or he will get audibly upset. I am not kidding...I must say the word "light" 17,000 times a day! Although with all this pointing has come some significant recall. If we ask him where the fan, flowers, pictures, Daddy's grill are....he will point at the correct item.

- Still just 2 teeth

- He has always been into music but now he has got his favorite songs. "Barnyard Boogie" and "Frere Jaques" are at the top of his hit list.

- Luke loves fish! Thank goodness because his parents are certainly seafood lovers. He gobbles up salmon, Arrowhead trout, tilapia, flounder, halibut, cod...you name it. He is not big on chicken but he will eat flounder like there is no tomorrow...???

- He is just learning to stack blocks. I know this sounds silly but it is incredibly entertaining to watch.

- Bathtime is still the highlight of his day.

- Luke is in a bit of a "Daddy stage". I am okay with this and at times I love it because I can make dinner at my own pace because Luke would rather be with Daddy anyway. It is no fun when Daddy is out of town though and Luke looks for him in every room :(

- Luke will ocassionally say "duck" to indeed identify the waterfowl but he has also used the word when pointing to the dog...so...we are not counting it as official.

Here's our man...a lot changes in 10 months! (Understatement of the year!!)

Maybe he knows his Daddy works for a water company because I cannot get him to drink anything else!

The otter he got from his first visit to the zoo!

So funny, so ridiculous, a little scary!

Sidenote: Riggs stepped in gum today and now his front left paw smells like juicy fruit. Never a dull moment in the Tully house!
