Riggs rolled around in wet concrete this afternoon. Enough said.
Don't bother asking us any questions because the answers to the basic When?, Where?, Why?, and How? will be met with the answer of: WE DON'T KNOW!
There is no picture because timing was essential before we had Riggs plus a cast of Riggs.
