Here I am!!!! Holy moly it has been an incredibly busy spring! Truly, our calendars are full of friends, family, traveling, and weekend chores. L was away most of March and Luke and I tried very hard to fill our days with fun and adventures. I will say though, as I sit here and type this it is gloriously sunny, not too warm, a gently breeze, and dozens of birds singing their songs. A Saturday on the back porch just cannot be beat! No where to be, no packing or unpacking, no schedule. Life is good!
Here is a glimpse as to what has been filling our days lately.
A playdate in the park making tulips and talking flower anatomy! :) Luke's masterpiece is in the center of the three.
We have hit up a few gymastic academies lately. To bring in some more money they open their doors a few mornings each week to let the non-school aged kiddos play. We love it! Look at that dismount from the rope....head first into the foam pit!
He LOVES it!
Luke is amazed at "how much faster I can be on this trampoline!"
A chilly morning at the zoo! Luke found some warmth inside the dome.
I could just die! This is Luke!! In all his glory, this is our little guy...crazy, funny, tough, and all boy!!
Meanwhile, I feel like Riggs may be able to sustain himself on a diet of pinecones.
"I'm just testing out these pants. Can you see me?"
The BEST of friends!
Does this get Daddy of the Year points or what?!
EB and I put together a scavenger hunt for St. Patrick's Day - this is the kids finding their prizes.
A boys day. "Please don't bother us...we are making maps." I just love this little group!!
So...life is full and life is good!!
