Team Tully had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving with old friends who just happen to be our new neighbors here in Florida! It is a blast from the past and we really had a great time catching up and having our kids spend time together. It was a relaxing day and a whole lot of fun! Not to mention that our hosts are incredible chefs...seriously, L and I talked about the food all the way home. Yum! Here are a few pictures from our afternoon.
Luke: "My Daddy says that I am not allowed to be a Cowboys fan."
Garrett: "Don't worry, my Daddy said the same thing!"
Garrett: "Do you understand what is happening?'
Luke: "Is Elmo on this team?"
** Don't worry, we removed both boys from the TV as to not ruin their retinas!**
Nothing like a fabulous train table to entertain the kiddos!
...even the older kiddos!
Luke: "Wywa (Lyla), tickle tickle!"
Lyla: "Maybe later Luke, I am practicing my texting for when my parents get me a phone!"
(Parents in background shaking their heads...there is NO way she is getting a phone!)
As always I am thankful for so much this year. Here are just a few things:
- a husband who doubles as my best friend
- a little Luke who makes me laugh daily
- a family that I adore and miss
- ginger ale
- a dog that is gentle, calm, and a whole lot of fun
- york peppermint patties
- coffee made for me daily by my non-coffee drinking husband
- fantastic friends - near and far
- window screens
- orange and grapefruit trees in my backyard
- good books
- a great babysitter
- good health
- the Big Bang Theory
